Educational Requirements: Bachelor/Masters in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:  At least 05 years relavent working experiences.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Coordinate anticipatory preparedness consultation processes at Upazila level.
• Support identification, assessment and database preparation of disaster-vulnerable households.
• Maintain functional coordination with Upazila DMC, Union DMC and research and insurance stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing risk reduction action plans, organizing trainings and supporting stakeholder data collection and validation; prepare required reports.
• Maintain regular coordination with Upazila DMC, Union DMC, SMC, CPP and other stakeholders; conduct meetings, workshops and dialogues with local government administration and Union Parishads to ensure service linkage.
• Organize trainings, workshops, orientations and discussion sessions as required.
• Identify staff gaps in project implementation and provide necessary support to address them.
• Conduct staff performance appraisal based on regular monitoring and provide feedback for improvement.
• Maintain regular information sharing with Project Coordinator, focal persons, WFP backstopping team and other colleagues.
• Support programme planning, sharing and implementation at Upazila level.
• Analyze incidents, conduct preliminary investigation and report to the Project Coordinator.
• Provide capacity building and accompaniment support to field staff.
• Strengthen advocacy, networking and liaison with stakeholders at Upazila level.
• Ensure programme monitoring, documentation, database management and report writing.
• Support cost-effective management and utilization of project resources.
