সুশীলন এ অভ্যন্তরীণ নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি (শুধুমাত্র সুশীলন এ কর্মরত নিম্নে উল্লেখিত প্রকল্পের কর্মীরা আবেদন করতে পাারবেন)
সুশীলন একটি বেসরকারী উন্নয়নমূলক সংস্থা যা গরীব, দুঃস্থ ও সুবিধাবঞ্চিত মানুষের উন্নয়নের জন্য কাজ করে চলেছে। সংস্থার AA & CRI প্রকল্পে CRI Supervisor পদে কর্মী নিয়োগ করা হবে। সংস্থার Cox’s Bazar Resilience প্রকল্পের আওতায় Activity-5 এবং Activity-6 এ কর্মরত আগ্রহী দক্ষ প্রার্থীদের প্রধান, এইচআর সেল, সুশীলন বরাবর দরখাস্ত ও পূর্ণ জীবন বৃত্তান্ত আগামী ১১/৯/২০২৬ তারিখের মধ্যে নিম্নে উল্লেখিত লিংকের মাধ্যমে অথবা সুশীলন ওয়েবসাইটে Job opportunity এর মাধ্যমে জমা দেওয়ার জন্য জানানো যাচ্ছে। সংশ্লিষ্ট কাজে অভিজ্ঞ নারী প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে এবং রিকয়ারমেন্ট শীথিলযোগ্য।
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: Masters (Preferable- Marketing/ Finance / Social Science / MBA / Economic).
অভিজ্ঞতা: At least 5years experience (Experience on Climate Risk Insurance).

- Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.
দায়িত্ব:
- Mobilize and orient community members on the concept, objectives, and benefits of the Cooperative Self-Help Insurance scheme.
- Support the formation, strengthening, and regular functioning of cooperative/self-help insurance groups at the community level.
- Facilitate premium collection processes, ensure timely deposits, and maintain transparency and accountability following project guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to member lists, premium collection, savings, claims, and meeting minutes.
- Supervise the effective implementation of CRI activities in line with project plans, guidelines, and donor requirements.
- Provide technical and operational guidance to field staff and Community Volunteers.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor the quality, effectiveness, and compliance of CRI activities and provide necessary guidance for improvement.
- Facilitate and supervise the enrolment of eligible smallholder farmers and community members in the CRI scheme.
- Monitor premium collection, deposit, and documentation to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
- Support the effective functioning and capacity strengthening of Aggregation Centers (ACs) and Self-Help Groups (SHGs).
- Facilitate the development and implementation of practical and sustainable risk management plans at AC level.
- Supervise claims registration, verification, loss assessment, and documentation, while supporting the coordination of indemnity/payout distribution to eligible farmers and ensuring proper record-keeping.
- Ensure timely data collection, verification, updating, and maintenance of CRI databases and beneficiary records.
- Prepare and submit regular progress updates, success stories, and other project reports.
- Identify implementation gaps, challenges, and risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, project guidelines, donor requirements, and safeguarding principles.
- Maintain effective coordination with project management, technical partners, service providers, government institutions, and community stakeholders.
- Participate in coordination meetings, workshops, training sessions, and review meetings related to CRI.
- Facilitate CRI-related training, orientation, and awareness sessions for SHGs, AC Management Committees, Community Volunteers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide technical support to field teams to strengthen their CRI knowledge and implementation capacity.
- Maintain systematic and accurate documentation of CRI activities, including lessons learned, good practices, case study, challenges, and success stories.
- Support the Project Coordinator in annual/monthly planning, budgeting, review, and reporting processes.
- Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the Project Coordinator in support of achieving project objectives
