Job Description / Responsibility

• Prepare monthly activities report and work plan.
• HH visits and follow up with the data enumerators for ensure a quality survey to identify the target beneficiary
• Regular HH visits for awareness on 4 social issues and disaster risk reduction issues.
• Record keeping maintains on HH visits information. 
• Prepare final beneficiaries list and endorse from union chairman.
• Collect NID card information(photo) of beneficiaries through data enumerators
• Aware to beneficiaries on bKash accounts, cash withdraw, cash transfer, security of bKash accounts
• Support to organize and facilitate different orientation workshop, meeting etc.
• Support to conduct PDM survey
• Implement all planned activities as per objective and prepare reports 
• Regular follow up of project activities
• Regular field visit as per objective
• Prepare case study as per needed
• Plan and implements emergency interventions in beneficiary communities as needed
• Organize and conduct UDMC meeting.
• Regular liaison with union parishad body.
• Maintain liaison with relevant government departments/agencies and other organizations involved in relevant interventions.

Educational Requirements: BA pass (Educational qualifications may be relaxed for experienced candidates)

Experience Requirements: At least 2 years relevant Experience

• Respect on gender, PSEAH, Safeguarding, code of conduct and cultural diversity
• Committed on response in any humanitarian emergency if necessary
• Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.

Salary: BDT 25,000 per month
