Job Requirements:

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
  • Ensure effective implement administrative policies, procedures and systems.
  • Supervise office support staff including office assistants, guards, cleaners and receptionist.  
  • Maintain office discipline, cleanliness and a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate office space management and workplace arrangements.
  • Maintain and update fixed asset and inventory registers.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment, furniture and facilities.
  • Support procurement processes in compliance with organizational and donor policies.
  • Ensure timely procurement of goods, services and supplies.
  • Coordinate transportation, travel arrangements and logistics support for staff and visitors.
  • Support project events, workshops, meetings and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with transport and safety policies.
  • Support to Head of Admin for maintaining relationships with suppliers, service provider and contractors.
  • Coordinate with program, finance, HR and project teams.
  • Provide administrative support to meetings, workshops and official events.
  • Represent the organization in administrative matters with external stakeholders when assigned.
  • Oversee the overall organizational administration with the support of supervisor.
  • Manage the assigned event properly.
  • Support to Head of Procurement, Logistics and Admin to manage the different administrative priority.
  • Female candidate is preferable. 

Educational Requirements: At least Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university in any discipline.

Experience Requirements: Minimum 07 years admin related working experience in any NGO.

Additional Job Requirements

  • Team building capacity
  • Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Respect on gender, PSEA, Safeguarding and cultural diversity
  • Able to operate virtual communication platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.
  • Committed on response in any humanitarian emergency if necessary

Salary: BDT 40,000 per month
Job Level: Mid-level
