Job Responsibilities

• Manage aggregation centers, community grain storage, and Agri-Business Service Centers (ABSC).
• Facilitate Apex Committees, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), Village Savings and Loan Schemes (VSLS), and Farmers Field Schools (FFS).
• Ensure timely supply of off farm products and fresh food, including paddy, to FFC/E-voucher shops and EFSN shops.
• Coordinate with private and public agencies for input support and link them with AC and SHG for initiate income-generating activities (IGAs).
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Activities planning, sharing and operational support at Upazila level.
• Capacity building provides accompaniment support to field staff.
• Advocacy, networking and maintain liaison with stakeholders.at respective upazila level
• Program planning, sharing and operational support at upazila level.
• Capacity building provides accompaniment support to field staff.
• Program monitoring, documentation, report writing and BNF’s database management.
• Facilitate different training, workshop and meetings at upazila level

Educational qualification: Masters (Preferable in agriculture, rural development or development studies)

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in community development, livelihoods or agricultural projects

Skills and Competencies

• Team building capacity
• Written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali
• Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Respect on gender, PSEA, Safeguarding, code of conduct and cultural diversity
• Committed on response in any humanitarian emergency if necessary
• Able to drive a motorbike with valid motorbike driving license
• Able to operate virtual platform like Zoom/Team etc.

Salary: BDT 55,000 to 60,000 per month
