Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation process of the project with detailed operational planning, management and coordination.
• Time to time communicate with focal person of respective donor and internal programme focal to update and getting technical assistance when required.
• Facilitate field survey, cooperate to data collection, validation and data management, strong database skill
• Conduct CRA/RRAP sessions-validation and it’s reporting 
• Execution and communicate with DMCs & other stakeholders at district, upazila and union level 
• Communication with project concerned line management and development partners 
• Prepare and follow up for all the relevant reporting and submit to the focal person of respective donor within time frame following the format or guideline. 
• Follow up the project financial complains and review the expenditures for necessary approval.
• Ensure the project plan & implementation at ward, union and Upazila level.
• Necessary & effective coordination with GO, LGI, NGOs, Donors and other relevant stakeholders.
• Applies the M&E Framework of the project to support comprehensive and quality monitoring of the project performance at all levels following results framework
• Attend Upazila/district coordination meetings, departmental meeting and other networking meetings.
• Conduct and facilitate for different assessments, surveys, workshops, different days observations, inception meeting, coordination meetings at Union, Upazila or District level.
• Regular field visit, guide, supervise and provide technical support to project staff.
• Performance management of the team members, their capacity building and initiate appropriate disciplinary measures as and when necessary.
• Collect yearly work completion certificate from the relevant administrative department.
• Review, prepare and ensure project reporting with its quality e.g. event reports, transaction reports, sector reports, Government reports, monthly reports, quarterly reports, need base, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, completion reports etc.
• Facilitate to organize training, monthly meetings, CP meeting, need base meetings and quarterly review meetings etc of the project.

Academic qualification: Masters, preferable in Disaster Management, Environmental Science, Urban Rural Planning, Social Science, Agricultural Science and Development Studies.

Experience

• 8 Years having 5 years relevant Experience

• Team building capacity
• Written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali
• Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Respect on gender, PSEA, Safeguarding, code of conduct and cultural diversity
• Committed on response in any humanitarian emergency if necessary
• Able to drive a motorbike with valid motorbike driving license
• Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.

Salary: BDT 60,000 – 65,000
