Responsibilities

• Cooperate to design and implement climate-resilient and adaptive interventions that respond to local vulnerabilities, integrating nature-based solutions, sustainable technologies, and community-driven priorities.
• Facilitate deep community engagement through participatory planning, capacity-building sessions, and feedback mechanisms that foster ownership, trust, and long-term sustainability of climate solutions.
• Facilitate to establish and operationalize collaborative platform for co-creation, learning, and innovation, ensuring representation from government, civil society, private sector, and academia.
• Facilitate to identify and engage four key stakeholder groups, actors to implement climate-resilient strategies.
• Work for Integrate Gender Equality and Social Inclusion across all project components
• Collaborate with different service providers to introduce eco-friendly technologies, expand access to climate finance, and promote inclusive economic resilience.
• Facilitate to build and sustain partnerships with Local Government Units (LGUs) and embed climate resilience into governance systems.
• Develop and manage comprehensive databases to track climate indicators, project activities, beneficiary profiles, performance metrics and adaptive learning.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and policy advocacy by documenting lessons learned, producing case studies, and participating in multi-stakeholder platforms that advance climate-resilient development.
• Monitoring, reporting and documentation of the project

Academic qualification:

B Sc/M Sc preferable in Environmental Science, Agricultural Science having 3 years experiences on report writing and climate change knowledge management skill.

• Written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali
• Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Respect on gender, PSEA, Safeguarding, code of conduct and cultural diversity
• Committed on response in any humanitarian emergency if necessary
• Able to drive a motorbike with valid motorbike driving license
• Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.
