Job Description / Responsibility

• Assist the Program Manager and Project management to Facilitate community led development process with local groups & other relevant stakeholders, including the use of participatory facilitation techniques, such as PRA, PLA and rights-based approaches.
• Build relationships with individuals, social groups, institutions, and organizations.
• Prepare SPP, PR for program
• Organize community to be united, develop, monitor and implement Community Development Plans and shared projects.
• Encourage, affirm, and strengthen those individuals and groups who are working for and with the most vulnerable children.
• Encourage an understanding of and sensitivity to child development and child vulnerability factors among community members and local partners.
• Facilitate relationship building and strengthen relationships and partnerships between existing groups in the community.
• Coordinate with technical specialists and other sector staffs for effective program integration and quality implementation.
• Provide support to community facilitators/groups for effective implementation for effective implementation of project activities.
• Assist Project manager to select, train, support and monitor community facilitators / groups in implementing project activities.
• Engage at individual and household level to facilitate the development process of Most Vulnerable.
• Assist Program manager to activate community-based Child Protection mechanisms.
• Ensure monitoring and evaluation of activities as per M&E systems, tools and guidelines.
• Assist Sponsorship and system support officer to implement Sponsorship programs effectively and efficiently.
• Follow child protection and gender issues among the intervention.
• Case study writing in English
• Plan and implementation of GN (Gift Notifications) for sponsorship program.
• This position is only for Female. 

Educational Requirements: Bachelor degree.

Experience Requirements: At least 03years relevant job experience with NGO/development sector.

Additional Job Requirements

• Computer knowledge on Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, power point and capable to use Internet
• Respect on gender, PSEA, Safeguarding, code of conduct and cultural diversity
• Always maintain and follow Child Protection policy in all aspect
• All kind of positive motivation to support and response in emergency
• Experience in working as part of a team
• Willing to work with partially flexible work hours
• Able to operate virtual platform like Zoom/Team etc.
• Able to ride bicycle at the rural and coastal area

Salary:  BDT 30,000 to 35,000 per month
